Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the LIBOSIFY app ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the age required by your country's law for consent to personal data processing).

2. Service Description

LIBOSIFY is a mobile app for creating and managing a digital wardrobe using artificial intelligence.

Key features:

Uploading and cataloging clothing photos
Automatic background removal and AI categorization
Color and visual feature detection
Outfit creation and weather-based recommendations
Wear tracking and wardrobe management

3. Account

To use the Service, you need to create an account. You can use:

Anonymous login (no email)
Google account
Apple ID
Email and password
Telegram account

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for all actions taken under your account.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

Upload only photos of clothing and accessories
Not upload images of people, animals, weapons, drugs, or inappropriate content
Not use the Service for illegal purposes
Not attempt to bypass restrictions or gain unauthorized access
Not abuse AI features (mass uploading, automation)
Not resell or sublicense access to the Service

We reserve the right to remove content or block accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

Your rights:

You retain all rights to your uploaded photos
You can download or delete your data at any time
We do not use your photos for AI training or marketing without your consent

Our rights:

The LIBOSIFY app, its design, code, and trademark belong to us
You receive a limited license to use the Service for personal purposes
Copying, modifying, or creating derivative products is prohibited

6. AI Limitations

AI categorization is automated and may contain errors:

Clothing category may be identified inaccurately (e.g., "top" instead of "blouse")
Color is determined algorithmically and may not match your perception
Outfit recommendations are AI-generated and may not match your preferences

You can manually correct any information in the app. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI features.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for:

Data loss due to technical failures (we recommend exporting your data)
Inaccuracies in AI operation
Temporary unavailability of the Service
Any damage resulting from the use or inability to use the Service

8. Pricing and Payments

Using core LIBOSIFY features requires a LIBOSIFY Pro subscription. Monthly and annual subscriptions are available.

        iTunes / App Store Billing

        Payment is charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in App Store Settings > Subscriptions. Current subscription pricing is displayed on the purchase screen in the app.

No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. All your data will be removed within 30 days of account deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

If you have an active Pro subscription at the time of account deletion, you will be advised to cancel it in App Store Settings to avoid further charges.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or email.

By continuing to use the Service after changes, you agree to the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if not possible, in court at the location of the rights holder.

12. Age Requirement

The Service is intended for users aged 16 and older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users in EU member states must be at least 16 years old to provide consent to personal data processing under GDPR Article 8.
